Terms of Service
Read the Network Effect terms of service governing use of the platform.
Effective September 9, 2026
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and WD Morgan Solutions governing Network Effect. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
Service and accounts
Network Effect provides tools for business networking organizations, including chapter management, referrals, attendance, events, communications, reports, public group and venue directories, and AI-assisted features. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use only data and organization areas they are authorized to access.
Content and public listings
Users and organizations retain ownership of content they submit and grant WD Morgan Solutions the limited rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and support that content. Public directory information may come from participating organizations or public sources and is not guaranteed to be complete or current.
Acceptable use
Users may not violate law or third-party rights; access data without permission; submit fraudulent or harmful material; send spam or malware; scrape the Service; bypass security controls; disrupt availability; or use Service data to build a competing product without written permission.
AI and third-party services
AI-assisted output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, or other professional advice. Third-party tools and links are governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. WD Morgan Solutions does not guarantee business results, directory accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited as described in the full Terms displayed on this page.
Termination and Florida law
Access may be restricted or terminated to protect users, comply with law, address security risks, honor authorized organization requests, or enforce these Terms. Florida law governs these Terms, and disputes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
